In today’s digital world, it is critical managers have the skills and capabilities to achieve transformational change and lead their business in fast-paced digital environments.
The rapid advancement of digital technologies has been accelerated by organisations confronting the realities of a COVID-19 world. Businesses find themselves managing challenging and unprecedented demands: redeploying talent, establishing remote workforces, building needed capabilities, propping up distressed supply chains, choosing among furloughing/retaining employees, and planning for reopening amid uncertainty.
This course has been specifically designed in collaboration with Digital DNA to meet the needs of Northern Ireland companies and support the growth of the technology and business community in tackling the current challenges facing business and society.
A core element of the course is an Action Learning ‘real-world’ solution driven project in collaboration with Digital DNA and the professional services sector.
Digital DNA have worked and partnered with some of the biggest names in the tech world including; PWC, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce, Allstate and Liberty IT, as well as 100’s of SMEs and Start-ups from right across Northern Ireland and further afield.
The course is suitable for those who wish to work in a variety of industries in managerial or decision making roles and have a particular focus on pursuing business growth, selling into overseas markets. In addition to the academic knowledge and skills acquired throughout the course, you will also gain experience in using online technology for groupwork, collaboration and presentations.
The course is delivered online with much of the material available on demand.
You will be asked to attend some live sessions.
The course is assessed via coursework, there are no formal examinations.
You will complete individual as well as group digital presentations and projects which will be assessed.
In some modules you will be able to explore a business issue relevant to your own job or organisation allowing for a practical focus to learning.
In addition to the academic team you will also hear from industry experts and thought leaders which will help supplement your studies.
