Decision Time has appointed Mary O’Kane to the role of Sales Executive, specialising in the insurance sector. The company which provides software that makes it easier for organisations to practice good governance by running effective meetings, managing risk and monitoring their strategic performance, sees a significant opportunity in the sector.
Before joining Decision Time, Mary spent 29 years working in the insurance industry for organisations including This London Market, Abbey Insurance Brokers and Quinn Direct.
She joins Decision Time at a time of significant expansion. The business has doubled its client-base in the last two years, and sees the insurance sector as an opportunity for further growth.
The company already has a wide range of high-profile customers in regulated sectors, including financial services and housing, and across all of the public sector.
Its client-base across the UK and Ireland includes NHS Trusts, over 70 housing associations, public bodies including Tourism NI, Invest NI and Translink, large Universities, and a large number of Credit Unions.

Before joining Decision Time, Mary worked for XS Direct Insurance for four years as a Senior Business Development Manager covering the UK & Ireland market. Before that, she was Head of Sales and Distribution in Ireland for Prestige Insurance Services for almost five years.
