Digital DNA Covid-19 update

Statement Regarding Digital DNA Awards & Digital DNA 2020

As you will be aware, the recent developments around Covid-19/Coronavirus are evolving and at an ever-increasing pace. We have been monitoring the situation very closely and have been in regular contact with our major partners, suppliers, venues and local agencies.

Due to the continuing uncertainty surrounding how this situation will develop in the weeks and months ahead, we have therefore taken the decision to reschedule both events for later in the year.

With the Digital DNA Awards being the single biggest local business event planned in March, with over 650 guests due to attend and Digital DNA 2020 in June expecting to attract over 3,000 delegates, we feel that rescheduling both the Awards on 26th March and Digital DNA 2020 on 16th & 17th June is the responsible and right thing to do for everyone involved.

Whilst this decision is unprecedented and it has certainly not been an easy decision for us to take, we cannot overlook the health and safety of our staff, delegates, speakers and partners, as well as the wider tech and business community in Northern Ireland.

The Digital DNA Awards are now rescheduled to take place on 27th August and Digital DNA 2020 has been rescheduled to Tuesday 6th and Wednesday 7th October. All bookings will remain valid for both events.

Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to all our sponsors, partners, suppliers and the wider tech and business community for their continued support in what is an unprecedented and difficult time for everyone.

Simon Bailie

CEO, Digital DNA
